The average age of the participants is 60.6years. The range is between 32 and 86 years.

The program had a three to one ratio of males and females.

Q3. What is the cost of the program?

There are no costs for the program.

Q4. What happens if I take a vacation during my six months?

Your six months begins from your first initial intake visit. If you miss exercise classes due to illness or vacation, they cannot be made up.

Q5. What is the capacity of the program?

Currently, the program can accommodate up to 420 participants per year.

Q6. What is the wait time?

Wait times can fluctuate from 2 to 10 weeks after we have received your referral.

Q7. How do I get referred?

Your cardiologist, interest or family physician can refer you to the program.
